The warranty is initiated when you register your Cruzer with Island Cruz via our website within 30 days of purchase.
Coverage
- 30 days from delivery: Manufacturer defect replacement with photographic/video evidence
- One year: Power system components (motor, controller, display, battery)
- Lifetime: Technical support and parts access with repair guidance
Claims can be submitted via the website warranty section or by contacting customer service at 1.800.884.5815 or onlineservice@islandcruz.com.
The company covers parts shipping only; customers handle installation labor or local repair shop costs independently.
Warranty Exclusions
- Products used for commercial/rental use
- Items damaged by negligence, misuse, accident, or inadequate maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and cosmetic damage
- Damage from improper cleaners, solvents, chemicals, water, smoke, or saltwater exposure
- Weather-related water damage
- Consequential damages, towing costs, or loss of use compensation
- Products used outside continental United States
The warranty becomes void if weather-related water damage is confirmed.
