Accepting Your Island Cruz Cruzer Shipment
Island Cruz takes great care to protect each shipment but, unfortunately, accidents can still happen. Due to your Cruzer's size and weight, occasional mishaps are possible during the shipping process.
- All damages from shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- If damage is minor or cosmetic, accept delivery and contact us within 48 hours
How We Ship
Island Cruz sends all Cruzers using a Freight LTL service. All shipments require a delivery appointment. Our freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase date
- Cruzer must be in original sealed box, unopened, and undamaged
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- 15% restocking fee applies to all returns
- No returns for Cruzers shipped outside continental United States

Warranty Exclusions
- Products used for rental or commercial use
- Products damaged by negligence, misuse, or accident
- Modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
- Normal wear and tear
- Water damage, exposure to saltwater or sea breeze
- No warranty for Cruzers used outside continental United States
