How Do I Charge the Cruzer?

Using the charger, plug it into any outlet. It will take 4-6 hours to fully charge. Avoid extended charging periods. The charging port is located on the right side below the foot deck, or connect directly to the battery.

How Do I Move the Cruzer?

How Does the Key Fob / Key Work?

The Cruzer will detect the key fob and allow the 'start' push button to engage. Use the fob to unlock before starting. The physical key locks/unlocks the battery for removal.

How Do I Start Cruzing on My Cruzer?

While sitting on the Cruzer, with your hands on the handles, put the kickstand up. Gradually twist the throttle on the right handle to reach desired speed.

How Do I Turn on the Alarm?

To engage the alarm, push the lock button on the key fob. After turning off the Cruzer, the alarm automatically sounds after 10 seconds.

How Do I Deactivate the Alarm?

Use the unlock button on the key fob. Once unlocked, the push button start functions normally.

Can I Get the Cruzer Wet?

To clean your Cruzer, wipe it down with a wet cloth. Avoid spraying with water, as it may damage electrical components.

What is the Proper Tire Pressure?

Regularly check the tire pressure to ensure tires are inflated to the proper PSI of 20-30 PSI. Low pressure affects speed, performance, and safety.

Can Nuts and Bolts Become Loose?

Like any moving vehicle, it's possible for nuts and bolts to loosen over time. Regular inspections prevent riding problems.

What Do I Do If My Brakes Start Squeaking?

Clean your brakes often with a clean cloth and ensure no debris is between the brake pads. Use brake cleaner for dust and dirt removal.

How Long Does the Battery Last?

With our 20 AH battery, expect 20-25 miles of range. Variables include terrain, rider weight, and charging practices. Follow the recommended 4-6 hour charging time, then unplug.

Where Do I Store My Battery?

Do not store batteries in temperatures greater than 130°F or lower than 14°F for longer than 24 hours. Extreme conditions damage batteries and void warranties.

Why Am I Experiencing Slow Speeds?

Your Cruzer will go slower when the battery gets low, especially when going uphill. Recharge and retry.

Why Won't My Cruzer Turn On?

Check that the battery plug is fully inserted. If the display powers on but acceleration fails, verify that neither brake is engaged.
