Island Cruzer Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Eligibility: The Island Cruzer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the USA, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Island Cruz, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2024 and ends on December 10, 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MDT, December 1, 2024 to be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete an official entry form, available at any Island Cruz store location, and submit it to an employee at the store. Entry forms must include the participant's full name, email address, and phone number. Limit one entry per person. Ineligible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive an Island Cruzer electric scooter. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $3,450. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Island Cruz or its designated representative on or about 12/01/2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: Island Cruz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Island Cruz in its sole discretion. Island Cruz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes.
Privacy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Island Cruz website.
Winner's List: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Island Cruzer Sweepstakes Winner, 10200 S. 280 W., Sandy, Utah, 84070. Requests must be received by February 28, 2025.
