Island Cruz Cruzer Return Policy 

Try any of our Island Cruz Cruzers for a minimum of 30 days and, if you’re not feeling moved by the ride, you can return or exchange it within 100 days from the date of delivery. The 100-Day Free Trial limits each customer to using the trial one time.

Or, for additional information, or to make an exchange, please contact us at 1.800.884.5815 or via email at onlineservice@islandcruz.com  Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process and pick up your mattress. 

During the first year, Island Cruz will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser any unexpected manufacturer defects, including all authorized labor and transportation costs. For more details regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, please visit our warranty page. 

Other than manufacturing defects, if you’re unsatisfied with your Island Cruz Cruzer within the first 100 days of delivery, contact us for a refund, minus a $100 restocking fee with a proof of purchase.

Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, a new item will arrive within 12 business days. 

All Other Island Cruz Products

All other Island Cruz product(s) are eligible for an exchange or return if the item(s) is still in its original packaging with a proof of purchase. The exchange/return must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and the item(s) must be sent back to our Corporate Headquarters. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs are the responsibility of purchaser.

International Return Policy

Island Cruz’s domestic return and exchange policy does not apply to orders shipped outside the United States and Canada. International orders are eligible to return item(s) within the first 30 days of delivery due to manufacturer/quality defects. After 30 days the order will no longer be eligible for returns. Products may not be exchanged or returned due to preference-based concerns.

1-Year Limited Quality Warranty

Island Cruz products have a long history of excellent quality and reliability. Our 1-Year Limited Quality Warranty will help ensure that your product(s) last for their intended use and protect you from any rare and unexpected manufacturer defects. 

If your Island Cruz product is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Island Cruz warrants that, at Island Cruz’s option, it will replace or repair the product. This warranty shall not apply if Cariloha determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, pilling, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure. 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from washing and intended use. Any to-or-from transportation handling and costs and inspection costs associated with repairs or replacements are the responsibility of purchaser.

Any replacement product sent will be subject to the same limited warranty as the original Cariloha product(s), and the warranty term of the replaced Cariloha product(s) begins from the date of purchase of the original Cariloha product(s).

Once the product is received, if an exchange was requested, a new item will arrive within 12 business days. Or, if a refund was requested, a credit for the merchandise will be issued to your credit card within 5 business days (less shipping fees).
